We want you to love your GlowSnug. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and returned with its original packaging and accessories.

To start a return, please contact us through our Contact & Support page before sending anything back. We’ll provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your GlowSnug is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos or video showing the issue.

We’ll review the situation and work with you on an appropriate replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled while they are still unfulfilled.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it. You may still request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund.

Non-returnable items

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without all original components may not qualify for a refund.

Gift cards, if offered, are non-refundable except where required by law.
